SHRINK YOUR WAISTLINE AND LOSE WEIGHT, EATING MORE NOT LESS!
It is official, eating more whole plant-based foods help you to shrink your waistline and lose weight!
Unlike the common nutritional ideas and advice, it is what you eat and not how much you eat that causes obesity, fat accumulation on the waistline and many of the common weight related diseases.
You can literally eat your way to the body and the health you always wanted!
Research from Brazil, (what better place for a bikini body?) has shown that eating foods with higher amounts of phytochemicals aid in losing weight, inches around the belly and all of the chronic problems associated with obesity.*
Okay, so how does it all work? What foods are on the eating list?
It is really easy!
Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes (beans), nuts and seeds, olive oil, and fermented vegetable foods are all on the Yes list. Not all vegetables and fruits are made equal. It seems, the higher the phytochemical amounts in the food the more the weight loss and the better your health. A List Of Phytochemically Rich Foods.
Implementing this weight loss dream means substituting these foods for the processed foods that you normally eat.
Some examples are simple:
Substitute a sliced apple with peanut or almond butter with cinnamon sprinkled on top for a heavy breakfast, lunch or snack.
Use cabbage leaves for tortillas with vegetable fajitas and refried beans instead of greasy meats and cheese.
Add tahini to your salad dressing instead of sour cream, mayonnaise or cheeses. Click here is one of my favorites recipes:
