I am Cia Enos, M.S. and this is my Leelou Dallas. We are so glad to meet you!

Using Epigenetics mechanisms, we can take control of our DNA, our health, our longevity and our happiness.. In this blogpage, I will share what epigenetic mechanisms are and what these mechanisms can accomplish for us. The study of epigenetics and biophysics has put a new spotlight on how following the instructions for living a spiritual life can empower us to prevent and in some cases reverse:

• Chronic disease including cancers
• Depression
• Addictions

As a spiritual scientist (some may say that is an oxymoron), I study today’s research looking for new facts that light up the instructions given to us in the Bible. When I find them (or in some cases, when they find me), they are so blatant I am frequently astonished that I hadn’t seen it earlier. The literality of the Bible amazes me.

Why should we look at the Biblical instructions through the eyes of science?

Jesus always spoke in comparatives or in parables. He said that we couldn’t understand plain language yet. In John 16:25 of the literal translation on biblehub.com, Jesus is quoted as saying, ” These things in similitudes I have spoken to you, but there cometh an hour when no more in similitudes will I speak to you, but freely of the Father, will tell you.” You might ask what is a similitude. I did. So I Googled it and found this: Similitude is the quality or state of being similar to something. Some of the synonyms include: resemblance, similarity, likeness, sameness, similar nature, comparability, correspondence, comparison, analogy, parallel, parallelism, equivalence.

Jesus told us that a time would come when analogies wouldn’t be needed.
That time is now!

There is no longer a need for analogies. Now, we get it when we read about light and energy. We can understand about the energy waves floating around us carrying infinite amounts of information on cell phones, radios, televisions and such. New scanning equipment has proven we are being of light and we are more than 99.99% space filled with infinite energy. But, those are subjects for subsequent blogs!
